Dani Fordham is the TAP 6 Class Instructor and School Director at Advanced Sacred Hope Academy (ASHA), a transition school for special needs students on the autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2015, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for helping children thrive.
As Director, Dani is passionate about creating a loving and nurturing environment at ASHA, a place where students who have felt rejected or bullied in the past can find acceptance and support. She leads the school with a focus on individualized learning plans, strong family partnerships, and nurturing the staff so they can give their best to the students every day. As the TAP 6 Class Instructor, Dani works directly with ASHA's oldest students, preparing them for their next stage of life, whether that involves transitioning to a mainstream classroom, entering the workforce, or achieving greater independence at home. She is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and trained in Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS), utilizing these skills to provide effective and compassionate support to students.
Dani holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, demonstrating a strong foundation in organization and management. When time allows, Dani enjoys traveling, kayaking, and all things Broadway. She is deeply committed to ASHA's mission and believes strongly in the school's positive impact on its students and their families.
