Veteran of the United States Navy, parent to 5 adult children (2 boys and 3 girls), 7 grand kids (4 boys and 3 girls) and 2 fur babies (dogs: Bella and Bentley). I have been married a little over 7 years and realized after seeing how the unhealthy choices of both of our parents and grandparents led to potentially preventable disease that I needed to make changes and break the cycle of disease.
My husband and I desired to break old, unhealthy habits and start new healthy ones to be around as long as possible with our family. After working on ourselves, we decided to pay it forward by helping others obtain their one and only healthy life and the best version of themselves.
We believe that given the opportunity most would also desire to leave a legacy of breaking the cycle of unhealthy habits leading to disease for their families and friends. Our mission as lifestyle transformation specialists is to guide others toward their own healthy life through a transformation process to live healthier, happier, lives for as long as possible.
Blessings,
Melissa Brown
