Ched Kibler is a finance and HR powerhouse with the leadership savvy of a seasoned military veteran and the strategic mind of a corporate trailblazer. Born in the Philippines and raised in Texas, she answered the call to serve after 9/11, dedicating a decade to the U.S. Army, where she led teams, tackled high-pressure missions, and mastered the art of making things happen—no excuses. Rising to the rank of Sergeant, she built a rock-solid foundation in leadership, logistics, and people management.

In 2017, Ched swapped combat boots for corporate leadership, stepping into the role of Director of Finance and Human Resources at ABHA and ASHA. Now, she’s the glue that keeps everything running smoothly—balancing budgets, optimizing operations, and creating a workplace culture where people actually want to work. Whether she’s making critical financial decisions or championing employee success, she brings strategy, efficiency, and a no-nonsense approach to the table.

When she’s not leading the charge at work, you’ll find Ched living life to the fullest—spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, or pontooning at Crab Island with the sun on her face and the wind in her hair.
