Ched Kibler

Born in the Philippines and raised in Texas, Ched enlisted in the United States Army following the events of September 11, driven by a strong sense of duty to serve. Over the next decade, she led teams in demanding operational environments where resilience, accountability, and decisive leadership were essential. Rising to the rank of Sergeant, she developed a foundation in leadership, logistics, and mission execution that continues to shape her approach to organizational management.

Ched now serves as Chief of Staff for ABHA and ASHA, where she oversees the administrative and operational infrastructure supporting both the school and clinical programs serving children with autism. She leads the teams responsible for claims and billing, scholarship administration, financial operations, client scheduling, ABA authorizations, employee qualifications, staff health and welfare, and human resources functions. Through this work, she ensures that the systems supporting the organization remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with the needs of the families and communities they serve.

Working closely with executive leadership, Ched coordinates cross departmental operations and translates strategic priorities into daily execution. She focuses on strengthening internal systems, aligning teams, and ensuring that operational performance supports the organization’s continued growth and mission.

Ched is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and Organizational Behavior Management.

Outside of her professional role, Ched enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach, and pontooning at Crab Island. She carries the same sense of purpose, energy, and commitment into her personal life that has guided her career in service and leadership.
